PMA cadets train with Marines from KIG deployment

Philippine Military Academy (PMA) cadets and Marines from Philippine Marine Corps’ 12th Marine Battalion conducted Joint Field Training Exercise “JFTX MASIDLAWIN 2019” at Marine Base Gregorio Lim, Ternate, Cavite.

The 12th Marine Battalion, in July, completed its deployment to Kalayaan Island Group (KIG) and Northern Palawan.

The Marine battalion is now undergoing retraining and refurbishment to enhance its warfighting capabilities and upgrade its current inventory of mission essential equipment as a hard hitting rapid deployed amphibious unit of the Philippine Navy.
