The Philippine Army held a capability demonstration to ROTC cadets, military dependents and other stakeholders in Fort Bonifacio, March 23, 2019.

The activity, dubbed “Army Show: A Tribute to our Stakeholders”, showcased the K9 Military Working Dog Capabilities, Silent Drill, and Band Drill exhibition which are added attractions in line with the Army’s 122nd Founding Anniversary celebration.

Major General Bernie S. Langub, the Commander, Army Reserve Command acted as the military host during the capability demonstration.

“This demonstration is the Army’s tribute for our silent but significant partners in nation building, the Army reservists. The Reserve Officer Training Corps is a source of the next generation of officers and soldiers who will take on the helm of the organization someday. They will become active participants in ensuring national security, disaster response operations, and environmental protection among others and we want them to take pride of what the Army could do for the nation,” said the Army Commanding General, Lt. Gen. Macairog S. Alberto.

After the activity, the Philippine Army Museum was opened to the public for those who would want to learn more about the Army’s rich history. Philippine Army
