Health Secretary Francisco Duque III said during a virtual press briefing on April 7 that Chinese medical experts who arrived in the Philippine are assisting Filipino experts in determining how traditional Chinese medicine can be useful for COVID-19 patients.

Duque also said that the Chinese experts will share knowledge on taking care of critically ill patients.

Three of the 12 Chinese medical experts who arrived over the weekend specializes in traditional medicine, while some are experts in critical care.
