A number of United States Air Force HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopters conducted familiarization flight in Cebu on April 23 as part of the 6th US-Philippine Air Contingent exchange.
The 6th US-Philippine Air Contingent exchange started on April 23 and will continue until May 4. The first bilateral air contingent was held in April 2016.
Aside fro Mactan-Benito Ebuen Air Base in Cebu, operations will also be held in Clark Air Base.
“US Air Force Airmen will participate in exchanges that will cover command and control tactics and humanitarian assistance and disaster relief response,” US Pacific Air Forces Public Affairs said.
