US military delivers PPE, medical supplies donation


The United States Army, Air Force, and Marines have delivered personal protective equipment (PPE) and medical supplies to Cotabato Regional and Medical Center, the US Embassy in Manila said May 29.


US military personnel worked alongside members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Joint Task Force-Central.

The said delivered PPE and medical supplies were part of PHP10 million worth donation by US military, to be distributed in different Department of Health (DOH) clinics and hospitals around the country.

“With this effort, we are trying to do our part to provide the heroes of this fight, the medical professionals, with the necessary tools that they need to protect their fellow workers and citizens. Times like these show the strength of our friendship, partnership, and alliance as we work together to combat this virus,” said Captain Tim Johnson, Team Leader, Civil Military Support Element – Philippines.
