Survivor South Africa shoots in El Nido

Due to the shooting of “Survivor South Africa”, tourists will be given limited access to some tour sites in El Nido, Palawan for several specified dates.

“El Nido was chosen as the main shooting venue for the TV show SURVIVOR SOUTH AFRICA. In line with this, you are hereby directed to coordinate with the booking office associations for the temporary closure/minimal crowd requirements for the shoot,” El Nido Mayor Nieves Rosento said in a letter to El Nido Tourism Officer Arvin Acosta.

“This will be a great avenue to show the world the exceptional beauty of El Nido,” Mayor Rosento added.

Tourists will not be given access on below dates and areas:

January 21 – Big Lagoon (8 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
January 25 – Pinagbuyutan Island (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
January 28 – Sandbar (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
February 3 – Sandbar (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
February 5 – Secret Lagoon (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
February 7 – Big Lagoon (8 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
February 9 – Papaya Beach (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
February 10 – Big Lagoon (8 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
February 11 – Sandbar (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
February 12 – Pinagbuyutan Island (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
February 16 – Sandbar (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
February 17 – Papaya Beach (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
February 19 – Pinagbuyutan Island (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
February 21 – Papaya Beach (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
