Russian Ambassador-designate, Locsin agree to boost cooperation on security, trade, IT, health

Ambassador-designate of the Russian Federation to the Philippines Marat Pavlov paid a courtesy call to Foreign Affairs Secretary Teddy Locsin on November 25 at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).

During the meeting the two officials “reviewed the overall status of relations between the two countries and agreed to work together to further boost ties and cooperation in the areas of security, trade and investment, space cooperation, information and technology, and health, particularly with regard to the availability of the Russian vaccine Sputnik V for the Philippines,” DFA said.
