The Philippines and Poland have signed Implementation Agreement with regard to the purchase of arms and military equipment, the Embassy of Poland in Manila said.
The said signing ceremony for the said agreement was conducted online.
“Signing ceremony on-line of ‘Implementation Agreement with regard to the purchase of arms and military equipment’ between Poland and the Philippines on 07 April 2021 in the presence of Assistant Secretary Jesus Rey Avilla, assigned signatory from the PH side. Brigadier General Karol Dymanowski was co-signatory on the PL side,” the Polish embassy said.
“The agreement provides guidelines on defense procurement rules and procedures and constitutes legal framework for intergovernmental procurement,” it added.
