PAF Fokker aircraft arrives from maintenance mission in Indonesia


Philippine Air Force (PAF)’s Air Mobility Command welcomed its Fokker aircraft after a successful Inspection and Repair, As Necessary (IRAN) mission to Indonesia.

“The men and women of Brigadier General Benito N Ebuen Air Base, together with its Unit Commanders headed by the Commander, Air Mobility Command, MGEN SIMEON Z FELIX JR PAF, welcomed the pilots and crew of the PAF Fokker Aircraft at the Base Operations, BGBNEAB, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu for their safe and successful Inspection and Repair, As Necessary (IRAN) mission,” the Air Mobility Command said.


“The said aircraft, which departed last 15 March 2020 for Indonesia, is headed by its Command Pilot and the Deputy Wing Commander of the 220th Airlift Wing, AMC, COL FEDERICO B ENRIQUEZ PAF (MNSA),” it added.

According to Air Mobility Command, IRAN Mission is being done to PAF aircraft every 5 years.
