Customs destroy 10 luxury vehicles


The Bureau of Customs (BOC) today, February 9 destroyed 10 luxury vehicles “to serve as a warning to unscrupulous individuals in the illegal importation of vehicles,” BOC said.

The destruction of forfeited vehicles was led by Commissioner Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero.


The event was conducted during the bureau’s 119th founding anniversary celebration at Port Area, Manila.

“The forfeited motor vehicles consisted of 1-unit used Ford F-150 Super SVT Can Raptor Pick Up, 1-unit brand new 2015 Toyota Landcruiser, 1-unit used 2007 Bentley Continental GT, 1-unit brand new Hyundai Starex, 1-unit used Renault Black Van and five (5) units of used motor vehicles composed of 1-unit Land Rover 2012, 1-unit Range Rover Evoque 2019, 1-unit Porsche 911, 1-unit Mercedes Benz, 1-unit Alfa Romeo simultaneously condemned at the Port of Cebu,” BOC said.
