Air Force welcomes ground assets, newly recovered UH-1H

The Philippine Air Force (PAF) has conducted blessing ceremony of ground vehicles composed of two buses, two fire trucks, 50 KM-250 trucks, and one newly recovered UH-1H helicopter with tail Nr 504 at Clark Air Base, Mabalacat City in Pampanga on October 13, 2020.

The ceremony was graced by PAF commanding general Lieutenant General Allen T. Paredes.

PAF said the ground vehicles will be distributed among Air Base Groups, Tactical Operations Groups and other PAF Units to boost its current support capability and to further increase the equipment readiness of the PAF.

“Meanwhile, the recovered UH-1H helicopter with tail Nr 504 will augment the current air mobility assets of the Command to perform various missions in support to National Security and Development,” PAF added.
