Air Force allocates P150-M for FA-50PH jet spare parts

The Armed Forces of the Philippines, through the Philippine Air Force Bids and Awards Committee, is allocating the sum of PHP150,251,000 for the acquisition of spare parts needed for the maintenance of its 12 South Korean-made FA-50PH aircraft.

The parts are for FA-50PHs with tail numbers beginning from 001 to 012.

Pre-bid conference is scheduled on July 1 at the PAF Procurement Center Conference Room of the Villamor Air Base in Pasay City at around 9 a.m.

While deadline for submission and bid opening is on July 15, 9:15 a.m., at the same venue. Prospective bidders should have an experience in a similar project within the last five years.

“The Philippine Air Force reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act) and its IRR (implementing rules and regulations), without incurring any liability to the affected bidders,” PAF Bids and Awards Committee chair, Brig.
