Air Force acquiring parts, materials for aircraft maintenance

The Philippine Air Force (PAF) is procuring spare parts, materials, and services for the maintenance of several of its air assets.

PAF air assets were heavily used for close air support, medical evacuation, and troops movement during the Marawi City campaign against terrorists.

Spare parts, materials, and services being acquired by PAF are for a number of C-130 aircraft, SF-260TP, OV-10 aircraft, MD-500, Huey helicopters, AW-109AHs, Sikorsky 76A helicopter, Nomad aircraft, Fokker F-27 aircraft, and Bell 412 helicopters.

Submission/Opening of Bids for the procurement projects will be on February 14 and 15.
