Navy chief dons rank to newly-promoted NSSC commander

The Commander of the Naval Sea System Command (NSSC), Commo. Danilo Fuentes Jr. donned new rank in a ceremony presided by the Philippine Navy Flag Officer In Command, Rear Adm. Adeluis Bordado on June 28.

Rear Admiral Fuentes, a member of the Philippine Military Academy “Bigkis-Lahi” Class of 1990, was officially donned with his second star during the simple ceremony conducted at the PN headquarters in Roxas Blvd., Manila.

As NSSC commander, Rear Admiral Fuentes oversees the integration of the various systems involved in the ongoing modernization program, including the maintenance of new Philippine Navy capabilities. NAVY.MIL.PH
