Australia’s Assistant Defense Attaché to PHL pays courtesy on Navy chief

Lt. Col. Timothy John Lopsik, the newly designated Assistant Defense Attaché of Australia to the Philippines, accompanied by the Australian Defense Attaché, Col. Paul Barta, made an introductory call on the Philippine Navy (PN) Flag Officer In Command, represented by the Navy Vice Commander, Major Gen. Nestor Herico at the PN headquarters today, June 23.

Continuing and further strengthening the naval cooperation of the Philippine Navy and Royal Australian Navy amid the emerging threats and challenges in maritime security was the highlight of the discussions involved during the call.
