The Duterte administration is eyeing to put up 322 kilometers of railway by year 2022 from the current 77 kilometers, Presidential Communications Assistant Secretary Kris Ablan said on March 6 during the economic press briefing in Malacañang.

“Part of the Build, Build, Build Program of the Duterte administration is the expansion and development of an extensive train network that provides better connectivity within Metro Manila as well as in other economic development centers around the country,” Ablan said.
